You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail and following the instructions on your screen. It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
There is no charge for cancellations or modifications made up to 25 days before the arrival date. In the event of no-show or cancellation within 25 days of booking, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged. Room rates include VAT.
Paris city tax is not included and must be paid on arrival. This tax of €3.25 is payable per night and per adult present.
